A collective for independent artists
A collective for people making things, and the marketing that gets it heard. Built by an independent artist who had to work all of this out the hard way.
SeeTheVision started as the name I put on my own records. It became the thing I actually needed and could not find.
Making the song is one problem. Getting anybody to hear it is a completely different one, and the industry has quietly handed that second job to the artist without handing over the manual. Independence is supposed to be freedom. Mostly it means doing six jobs badly at two in the morning.
So I worked it out. What to spend, where to spend it, what the numbers actually mean, which advice is real and which is someone selling a course. Then I wrote it down.
SeeTheVision is where that goes now. A collective and a creative hub. Open to artists, and open to anyone who wants to make something and does not yet know how to start.
It is early. There is no pretending otherwise, and I would rather you were one of the first people in the room than arrive to find it already full of somebody else's rules.
Free / open to anyone
A room for people who make things and people who love what gets made. Artists, writers, producers, designers, and anyone who follows an artist and wants to be closer to how it actually happens. Bring what you are working on. Ask anything.

A smaller group of artists I work with properly, because I believe in what they are doing. Sometimes that means marketing at no cost, because I would rather have them on this page than take their money. That part is not a business decision, it is a taste one.

You have the music finished and you want it in front of people. I plan and run it: the landing pages, the tracking, the ads, the list. Ad spend is real money and it goes to Meta, not to me. I will always tell you what is going where.
Set up a meetingMost marketing for small artists is spending money and hoping. This is the order I do it in instead, and it is the same order whether it is my release or yours.
Almost every artist I talk to is reading a dashboard that is lying to them. Browsers block most ad tracking before it reports anything. Mine said eight people had done something that hundreds had actually done. Fix the counting first, or every decision after it is a guess wearing a suit.
There is usually a signal in your numbers that nobody has looked at. Mine was a city on the other side of the world quietly engaging at three times the rate of my biggest market. Before buying a new audience, find out who already turned up on their own.
Paying to send people to a page that does not convert is the most common way independent artists lose money. I test on real phone sizes, because a button below the fold may as well not exist. The cheapest win is usually the one that costs nothing.
Totals flatter you. The number that matters is what the last dollar bought, not the average across a month where half the data was broken. I will show you both, including the ones that make me look bad.
A stream is a rental. Followers belong to the platform and the platform changes the rules whenever it likes. An email list is the only audience that is actually yours, and it is the thing most artists leave until it is too late. I did too.
The first artist SeeTheVision built for, which is me. The site, the releases, the campaigns, the list, the mistakes. Every method on this page was run here before it was offered to anybody else. All figures real and current, straight from Spotify for Artists.
Year on year, to September 2026: streams up 783%, listeners up 304%, saves up 1,533%, playlist adds up 966%, followers up 730%. From a standing start, with no label and no budget beyond my own.
There is room here for the artists I work with from now on, with their real numbers beside their name. If that could be you, the door below is open.
Whether you have an album ready to go, an idea you have not started, or you just want to be in the room, say hello. Tell me what you are making and where you are stuck.
I read everything, and I would rather have a real conversation than a form. If a call is easier, say so and we will set one up.
